No refund less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup unless flight is cancelled by the airline.
Your flight will be monitored for delays to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the correct time. If your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically updated. Please note that the update to the new arrival time is subject to availability. You should also confirm the updates with us by email lushexcursions@gmail.com or call +1 (758) 285 7113 as soon as it happens.
The driver will be waiting in the airport's arrivals hall, holding a sign showing the Lead passenger name.
The average size of a medium luggage is approximately 65-70cm (26-27 inches). Small luggage is a backpack or a hand bag that you can fit on your lap, around 35cm (14 inches). If you have large or oversized luggage, please specify the dimensions in the special instructions field of the booking form.

For private transfers, you and your group will be the sole occupants of the vehicle. For shuttle transfers, you will share the car with other passengers.
A shuttle transfer entails waiting for other passengers and making stops at additional locations. Occasionally, the transfer will be collecting passengers from two or more flights. Waiting times are kept to a minimum, but shuttle transfers take longer than private transfers, which is reflected in the price difference. All collection times are given as an approximate guideline and are not always accurate due to the nature of shuttle transfers.

The private transfer service takes you directly to your accommodation. The shared shuttle service will take you to your accommodation or the nearest pick-up/drop-off point to your accommodation.
A round trip transfer involves everything you need to complete your trip, from getting picked up from your pickup point transported to your destination and then back again. When booking your airport transfer, you can choose to book a private transfer for one way or both ways – the choice is up to you.
For easy identification when you come out of Customs, they will have your name on a clipboard near the St Lucia Information desk. once contact is made, the driver will go for the vehicle to pull up next to the dispatch so you can get in. We then proceed along the Micoud Highway heading north. When we get to the Dennery Highway, we will stop at Mandele's point to see the islet off Dennery. We will also use this opportunity for a bathroom break and a drink stop to sample a local drink. Max 15 minutes at this stop. We continue along the Dennery Highway until we get to the Bexon Highway and then take a left unto Cul De Sac Highway. If you would like to be some groceries, this would be the perfect opportunity to do so at either the Massy Supermarket or the CPJ Fresh Market. We then head directly to Marigot Bay where you are dropped off at the Villa or at the Main dock based on where your accommodation is.
