In consideration of being permitted to doing tours and excursions, the participant waives, releases, And forever discharges the management companies, and any other persons or entities for whom they Are responsible at law, from and against any and all actions, cause(s) of action, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, and complaints whatsoever (individually a “claim” and together, “claims”) that the participant now has, ever had or may in the future have against any of them as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with the participant doing tours and excursions, including (without Limitation), any and all claim or claims that the participant and/or their family members and Dependents now have, ever had or may in the future have, directly or indirectly, for damage to or loss Of personal property, personal injury (including serious bodily injury), or death, howsoever caused, Including any damage to or loss of personal property, personal injury (including serious bodily injury), Or death caused by the negligence or gross negligence or breach of any statutory or other duty of Care of any of the management companies or any other persons or entities for whom they are responsible at law, including but not limited to any failure on their behalf to safeguard or protect the participant from risks, dangers, and hazards, and possibility of personal injury or death arising therefrom.

“Management Companies” Shall include: Lush Properties Management Ltd, Lush Excursions, Vacation Club by Lush, Lush Properties, Fun Family Events, Lush Transfers & Car Rental and Aqua Park.
